SKD TRADE, spol. s r. o. was founded in 1991 with the subscribed capital of 17 million CZK. Since 1996, we have focused our activities on the manufacture and repair of rail vehicles parts.

In 2004, we transformed into a joint-stock company and the subscribed capital increased to 20 million CZK. From the very beginning, the company has strived to continue the rich tradition of mechanical and electrotechnical production, ranging from CKD production to the historically respected Ringhoffer or Kolben brands.
